Terms of Service

Effective 27 September 2026. These terms govern your use of Zolvin, operated by Questworks LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, subscribing, or connecting a Meta ad account, you agree to them. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains what data the service uses.

1. What Zolvin does

Zolvin is an autonomous agent that manages Meta advertising campaigns on your behalf. On a recurring cycle it reads your ad performance, decides which ads to pause, which to give more budget, and which to leave alone, and records every decision with its reasoning. It can build your first campaign from the answers you give at setup, generate new ad creative from a brand guide, and propose new creative based on what has already worked in your account.

It is a tool that acts on your ad account under limits you set. It is not an advertising agency, and we do not take over your account or act as your agent in any legal sense beyond the specific permissions you grant through Facebook Login.

2. Eligibility

Zolvin is a business tool. You may use it only if you are at least 18, are using it for business purposes, and have authority to act on the Meta ad account you connect. If you connect an ad account belonging to a client or employer, you confirm you are permitted to do so.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for everything done under your account. One Zolvin account is one workspace with one connected Meta ad account. A Meta ad account can be connected to one workspace at a time; connecting it elsewhere disconnects it here. Zolvin does not currently manage several clients' ad accounts under a single login.

4. Connecting a Meta ad account

When you connect through Facebook Login you grant Zolvin permission to read your ad performance, manage your ads, see the Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts your ads can publish under, list the ad accounts your Business Manager holds, and use Meta's own tools for your ad account. The exact permissions, and what each is used for, are set out in the Privacy Policy.

You can revoke this at any time, either from your Zolvin dashboard or from Meta's own settings. Revoking stops the agent acting on that account from its next cycle. You remain the owner of your Meta ad account, your ad content, your Pages, and your data throughout.

5. Spending — read this section

You pay Meta directly for your advertising. We never hold, bill, or pass through your ad spend. Zolvin instructs your Meta ad account; Meta charges the payment method on file with them. Anything Zolvin does to your budgets shows up on Meta's bill, not ours.

The agent cannot spend above the caps you set. You configure a daily cap and a monthly cap, and every budget change and every new ad the agent proposes is checked against them before it reaches Meta. Anything that fits under the cap, the agent applies on its own; anything that does not, it refuses. There is no override, no soft limit, and no path for us to raise a cap on your behalf. If you set no caps, the agent does not run at all; it will not assume a default.

You are responsible for the caps you set. Within them, the agent will spend your money. Setting a cap you cannot afford is not a failure of the product.

Two things sit outside the agent's control and you should know them. Meta may spend slightly above a daily budget on some days and below it on others, as its own terms describe. And if the agent stops running for any reason, ads already running on Meta keep running at the budgets last set. Section 10 says more.

6. Your control over the agent

  • The agent makes changes in your ad account on its own: it pauses ads, adjusts budgets and publishes new ads, and tells you afterwards. Every change stays within the daily and monthly spend caps you set, and it does not ask for approval before acting. If you do not want it to act, pause it (below) or do not press Go live.
  • Your first campaign is built paused. It does not spend anything until you press Go live in the dashboard and confirm its budget.
  • You can pause the agent at any time, which stops further cycles. Pausing Zolvin does not pause ads already running on Meta; those keep spending until you pause them in your ad account.
  • You can override any decision, and your override is recorded alongside the decision it replaced.
  • Every action is written to an append-only log. Neither you nor we can edit or delete an entry once written. That is deliberate: an audit log that can be edited is not an audit log. Deleting your account deletes the log with it (section 12).

7. AI-generated creative

Creative images are generated by AI from a brand guide and product description you provide, or that we draft from your website for you to confirm. Images are checked against that brand guide automatically before they run; anything that does not clearly pass is held for your review. Video is never automatic: the agent proposes a script, you approve it, and you watch the result before it can run.

  • You own the creative generated for your account and are free to use it.
  • You are responsible for reviewing it before it runs. The automated brand check is a filter, not an approval. It does not verify that claims in your ad are true, that you hold rights to referenced material, or that the ad complies with the law in your market.
  • We do not warrant that generated creative is original, accurate, or non-infringing. Generative models can produce text or imagery resembling existing material. Approving a creative, or pressing Go live on your first ads, is your decision.
  • The plan and sample ad shown before you subscribe are an illustration of what the agent would do, generated from your answers. They are not a promise of what it will build or how it will perform.

8. Meta's rules, and lead ads

Your use of Meta's platform is governed by Meta's own terms and advertising policies, which sit alongside these terms. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of what you advertise.

If Meta disapproves an ad on policy grounds, we treat that as ours to investigate first and will work to resolve it rather than sending you to appeal it yourself. That is a service commitment, not a guarantee of any outcome: Meta's decisions are Meta's, and they can disable an ad account for reasons entirely outside Zolvin.

If you choose leads as your goal, Zolvin creates a lead form on your Facebook Page. The people who fill it in are giving their details to you, not to us: the form carries your privacy policy, the responses are delivered to your Page, and Zolvin never reads them. You are responsible for that policy and for how you handle those leads.

9. Fees

Zolvin is one product at one price, billed at the cadence you choose: $15 per week, $49 per month, or $399 per year, in US dollars. Every plan runs the same agent with the same features. There is no free trial.

  • Payment is taken by Stripe when you subscribe and again at the start of each period until you cancel. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
  • You can cancel or change plan at any time from the billing page. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for; the agent keeps running until then.
  • If a payment fails, the agent keeps running for 7 days while your card is retried. After that it pauses: no kills, promotions, budget moves, or new ads until payment succeeds. Pausing the agent never pauses your ads on Meta.
  • Fees are not refunded for a period that has already started; cancelling stops the next charge. If the agent never ran during your first period, email us within 7 days of the first charge and we will refund it.
  • We may change prices for future periods with notice under section 14. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

The subscription fee is separate from, and much smaller than, what Meta charges you for the ads themselves (section 5).

10. Availability

We aim to keep Zolvin running continuously, and the agent's cycle is what enforces your spend caps. We do not offer a service-level guarantee. Zolvin can be unavailable for maintenance, provider outages, or faults.

Note what an outage does and does not mean: if the agent stops running, your ads keep running on Meta and keep spending at whatever budgets were last set. It cannot exceed a cap it already applied, but it also cannot react to poor performance while it is down. If you need spending stopped with certainty, pause your ads in Meta.

11. What we do not promise

Zolvin makes decisions from your ad performance data using rules you can read in the activity log. It does not guarantee results.

  • We do not promise improved performance, lower cost per acquisition, or any particular return.
  • The agent deliberately waits for statistical confidence, Meta's own learning-phase threshold, before acting, which means it will sometimes do nothing while you would have acted.
  • Its decisions rest on data Meta reports to us. Where Meta's attribution or reporting is wrong or delayed, the agent's decisions inherit that. If your pixel stops reporting conversions, the agent tells you and holds rather than guesses.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Zolvin at any time by disconnecting your ad account, cancelling your subscription, or deleting your account from the dashboard. Deletion is immediate and permanent: it removes your stored Meta access token, every record we hold for your workspace including the decision log, and your sign-in identity. There is no grace period and nothing to restore.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, or puts our access to Meta's platform at risk. On termination we delete your stored Meta access token and stop reading and writing to your ad account. Your ads continue running on Meta until you change them. Data retention and deletion are covered in the Privacy Policy.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for your advertising spend itself, for the performance of your ads, for lost profits, revenue, or business, or for anything Meta does or fails to do, including disapproving an ad or disabling an ad account. Our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with Zolvin, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from the content you advertise, the leads you collect, or your breach of Meta's policies or these terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be notified in the dashboard at least 14 days before taking effect. Continuing to use Zolvin after that means accepting the updated terms. If you do not accept them, cancel before they take effect and you will not be charged for a further period.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

16. Contact

Questions about these terms go to hello@zolvin.io or through the contact page. A person reads them.
